Tonight we have a special addition on one of our current menu item, #30 the Khao Poon Nam Pah (typical lao noodle soup). The special will include beef blood tofu. The beef blood will provide a different texture and new flavor to the noodle soup. The dish will be served with chinese long bean, hot chilies, mint, lemon basil from the chef’s garden and jaew bong (roasted chilies dipping sauce) on the side. We suggest dipping the bean into the sauce, and add the other ingredients straight into the soup.
